Pre-participation Physical Examinations for incoming
7th-12th grade athletes

We will be conducting pre-participation sports physicals on Saturday, July 25, between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center (DAHLC). This will be by scheduled appointments only.

Please have a payment of $20 via cash or check ready at the time of the appointment.

One parent or guardian will be required to accompany each patient. Parent(s) or guardian(s) will be separated from patients during parts of the visit.
