I am originally from Alaska and have been living in the Twin Cities with my husband for the last ten years. I stay active through participation in recreational sports, Olympic lifting, and running. I enjoy spending time with family and hiking with my dog in my free time. I enjoy working with motivated individuals and athletes with a special interest in rehabilitation of the hip, knee, and shoulder.
