Summer Training Camp
Mayo Clinic Sports Performance—our team of elite performance coaches at Mayo Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine—has designed a summer camp to help you get stronger, faster, and more confident in your ability to perform at your best.
The camp is for youth and high school athletes, ages 13-18.
It runs Monday to Friday, 1-3 p.m. All participants receive a t-shirt and water bottle.
- Intro to Olympic Lifting Learn the basic techniques of the clean and jerk and the snatch from our certified Olympic lifting coaches, and become stronger and more powerful.
