Baseball & Softball Preseason Training Camp (8 weeks)
Each training session is twice a week and 90 minutes in duration. Sessions consist of:
- 30 minutes of arm care (strengthen and protect your arm for the upcoming season with Mayo Clinic’s time-tested protocol)
- 30 minutes of strength and conditioning (increase your overall strength and rotational power, while decreasing your risk of injury with our EXOS experts)
- 30 minutes of skills training (improve your pitching, hitting and fielding through instruction and analytics).
The week of March 11th is a makeup week if there are cancellations due to bad winter weather.
