90 Minute Sessions:
60 minute skills session with a Golf Pro

30 minute strength and core session with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Schedule — Adult Athletes:

Tuesdays:
5:00 - 6:00pm Skills Session with a Golf Pro
6:00 - 6:30pm Strength/Core Session with Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Saturdays:
8:00 - 9:00am Skills Session with a Golf Pro
9:00 - 9:30am Strength/Core Work with Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Tuesdays:
4:00 - 5:00pm Skills Session with a Golf Pro
5:00 - 5:30pm Strength/Core Session with Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Saturdays:
9:00 - 10:00am Skills Session with a Golf Pro
10:00 - 10:30am Strength/Core Work with Strength and Conditioning Specialist

These programs are available for adults or high school athletes that currently play golf.
